  • Delete the news apps.
  • Stop doomscrolling.
  • Step back from negative conversations.

Instead, flood your mind with positivity: uplifting books, encouraging podcasts, people who inspire you.

You can’t eliminate negativity completely — but you can choose how much of it you allow in.
