The #1 reason your goals aren’t working

Hey, Reader!

Most people want better plans. But here’s the truth: you can’t plan what you haven’t defined.

Start with your Why.
👉 Why do you want this outcome?

Then create goals that support that Why.

Finally, design a plan filled with actions that drive those goals.

Skip the Why and your plan is just busywork.

Example: If your Why is health, your goals might be losing 20 pounds or running a 5K. Your plan? Eat clean, hit the gym, train consistently.

Simple. Aligned. Effective.

Without a Why, you’ll just keep spinning in circles.

Want help uncovering yours? Let’s figure it out together.

A couple of years ago, I had this realization that hit me like a ton of bricks: If you're not taking care of yourself emotionally, spiritually, and physically, it's really difficult to be productive. I used to...

Hey, Reader! If scrolling feels more like a chore than a connection these days, I get it. For years I tried to crack every platform—TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads. Coaches, courses, trends, hashtags. Engagement? Mostly zero. I was exhausted from performing for an audience that wasn’t really there. Then I made a simple decision: stop chasing. Post what God puts on my heart, serve the people who need it, and let the right ones find me. In that freedom, I discovered something...
