🧱 Boundaries. Ruthless ones.

Not cute little “maybe later” boundaries.

I’m talking:

  • 10-foot-thick concrete walls
  • Rebar reinforcement
  • Snipers on the towers
  • Star Wars missile defense systems
  • A moat filled with poisonous fish and (maybe venomous?) alligators 🐊

Too much? Maybe.

Effective? Ohhhhh yeah.

Because when you’ve got zero boundaries, you say yes to everyone else’s chaos—and no to your own momentum.

And I refuse to live that way anymore.

✅ I don’t help people move.
✅ I don’t go to evening Bible studies that end at 8:30 PM.
✅ I don’t do manual labor.
✅ I don’t stay up late to “be polite.”
✅ I don’t sacrifice my health so someone else feels comfortable.

Instead…

🛌 I start winding down by 8:00 PM
📖 I journal and read a print book
🎧 I fall asleep to delta waves
⏰ I wake up naturally before 4:30 AM
👟 I run. Every. Morning.

All because I know what fuels me—and what drains me.

So let me ask you:
